Miller Ammeters  - upper left No832, upper right No75.V.
lower left No75V No832, lower right reproduced ammeter

A little work with Paint Shop Pro and a laser printer a new face was printed on paper, then cut out with scissors, laid over the existing repro ammeter 832 face, glass laid back in and bezel snapped back on!
Original incorrect Phillips head black screws backed out and replaced with 8BA brass screws off EbayUK. New 8BA screws were shortened to 1/4 before screwed into hole. Direct replacement into the plastic.
Looks like the last three lines of text needs to be respaced to look more like original..........easy to do.
I might shorten the needle by bending the lower section of the needle.

This is the graphic I have used to reprint face for use on a reproduced gage. You can black this up more if you don't like my cut out and make your own cut.
I find this paper cut out needs to be about a 1/16 smaller around the radius to make it easy to handle.
The edge of the paper is white, so you need to black it out on the top edge.
I have just laid the paper on the the metal (brass) plate and trapped it with the glass and bezel.
The 8BA screws can be purchased from EbayUK. The white fiber washers i do not have a source, but not noticeable.

I need the graphic for the "Lighthouse No832" please

Notes on Miller accessories available during Vincent Comet production and late 50's

PARKING LAMPS.       TYPE PL/l.           FITTING INSTRUCTIONS.
MILLER Twin Parking Lamps Type PL/1 are designed to fit most Head Lamps, i.e., those mounted with brackets tapped with 5/16" x 26 T.P.I. threads and are fitted instead of the normal HEAD Lamp Fixing Bolt.
The wire from each Lamp should be connected to the Parking Lamp terminal in the existing Lamp Switch on the machine. Care should be exercised when fitting the lamps and if any doubts exist, the Head Lamp fixing apertures should be re-tapped to 5/16" x 26 T.P.I. as undue force in fitting these Lamps can fracture the threaded pins.
To fit the lamps, remove the existing Head Lamp fixing bolts and screw in Parking Lamps on either side. The Lamps should be screwed in as far as possible and then the locknut tightened up.

Manufactured by:- H. MILLER & COMPANY LIMITED, ASTON BROOK STREET, BIRMINGHAM, 6, ENGLAND.

Note: Fitment of PL/1 to Vincent and others with 3/8" BSF Head Lamp fixing bolts required some custom work.
